Why can’t I use peech offline with my premium subscription?

Hola, tengo una suscripción activa, pero en el celular no me deja acceder con mi cuenta. Lo bajé primero a mi tablet y me pone identifica como invitado en mi celular

Me reconoce la cuenta y la suscripción pero no puedo acceder mis archivos

Listening offline

Sometimes I need to listen to audio when internet access is limited, for example in the subway. It would be really great if you could add this feature!

Option to select specific point in text, where to start/continue reading.

Edit how are specific words read correctly

Option to improve how are some words read, like "hm" is not "H M" or "Aaaa" is not "A A A A".

Skip reading specific words/patterns

Option to skip custom words/patterns that will not be read, e.g. in ebook, there are text blocks separators like " *" and its little bit annoying to hear it always read like "asterisk asterisk asteris".
