I would like to cancel my subscription-this app doesn’t allow me to access and add to library the books or files I need to review. Please cancel immediately.

Cancel my subscription!!

I tried for all ways and using the link and I can’t cancel the subscription. I did cancel the subscription with App Store like a week ago and supposes to be canceled since October 10th and I still got charged!! I need you to cancel the subscription and refund the last charge did it today. I already reported the charges to my card.
